Whatever you have quesadilla

A quick dish to use the items in your fridge.

Ingredients :

Must haves :
2 Tortillas or Chapattis
Grated Cheese
Preferred Oil

Adjustable items:
Veggies - as you want to use, cut into small pieces
Meat - as you want to use, cut into small pieces
Herb or flavoured oil - optional

Method :

This is all about layers and cheese.
Start with one Tortilla/Chapatti laid flat on a plate and brush it with a herb/flavoured oil.
Take a handful of grated cheesed and spread it on top of the Tortilla/Chapatti.
Now the veggies and meats, here is where you can get creative and have a little fun, they can been cooked leftovers, veggies that must be eaten soon or even freshly cooked. Place it on top on the cheese.
You can even add dollops of your favourite sauce at this point.
Now put more cheese on top.
Take your second Tortilla/Chapatti and brush it with the oil and place it oil side down on top of the layers.

The aim of the next step is to melt the cheese to hold it all together. - heat it ; with a little oil on a pan on both sides, in the microwave or even in the oven.

Cut it into quarters and and enjoy.
